Adult Martial Arts

One thing most if our adults remark about after beginning our adult classes, is how much they love feeling part of a family. Our adults have made lasting friendships that exist in and outside of these classes.

 

We have adult classes are for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students. You will enjoy a wealth of instructors at your disposal whom are there to cover the wide range of experience our adult students possess. Adults will learn basic Taekwondo techniques, combat and sparring techniques, traditional forms, and weapons. This is a wonderful form of exercise that will increase your strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Warrior X-Fit

Warrior X-Fit is a workout that readies the body for virtually any physical activity.

 

This class is open to all ages and is designed as an aerobic fitness and conditioning class. This class will get you sweating.  It will help to increase strength and flexibility as well. Inquire to learn more about the days and times this class is offered.
